You'll get a great workout to help tone and strengthen your body without the 'in your face attitude.' It's amazing the muscles that you'll work. I like the fact that each session is always different, which keeps it from being 'the same old routine.' I also like the fact that she provides the equipment and I'm not lugging around a mat, weights and other items."
